My approach allows you as the parent to be responsive, verbally reassuring and emotionally connected. With your new knowledge I will help you to create independent sleep habits for your child so that the whole family can start sleeping again.

I will support you all the way!

  • Sleep deprivation shouldn’t be something you need to accept.
  • You don’t need to struggle on your own. I would love to help.
  • A parent must always trust their instincts.

Will my baby cry?

While I don’t believe in ‘cry it out’ crying is your child’s way of protesting change and you can expect that making changes to their sleep habits will result in some protest. That’s why I’m always sure to tell parents that my programe will most likely involve some amount of protest on the child’s part.  I always encourage, consistency, contact and communication in a loving environment to encourage independent sleep.
